HADEO Clean & Care

It is important to take care of your HANSATON hearing aids and regularly clean them, so they stay in good condition and function at their best.

Drying and Cleaning with the UV Dry Box

The UV Dry Box gently dries hearing aids without chemical additives while its UVC light eliminates up to 99.9% of germs. The box turns off automatically, so it consumes minimal energy. It is suitable for both rechargeable and traditional battery-powered hearing aids – just be sure to turn them off or remove the batteries.

Daily Cleaning with Tissues

Daily cleaning of RICs, BTEs, or ITEs is easy with HADEO Cleaning Tissues. You have the option of tissues in the dispenser — with the new refill pack — or individually wrapped tissues, which are convenient to take anywhere.

Using Cleaning Spray for ITEs

For ITE hearing aids, using a dedicated Cleaning Spray is highly effective. It helps remove earwax and debris while thoroughly cleaning the device's surface. Apply the spray to a soft cloth first or use the brush supplied and then gently clean the device.

Cleaning Earmolds

Easily clean custom-made earmolds by immersing them in a solution of water and a Cleaning Tablet within the Cleaning and Drying Cup. After soaking, use the Air Blower to remove any moisture or debris from the tubing.

Drying Capsules

For daily drying, place earmolds, RIC, BTE, or ITE hearing aids in the Cleaning & Drying Cup with a Drying Capsule once a day, preferably overnight.

If using a Comfort Charger Combi, clients can insert a drying tab into the dedicated compartment for convenient overnight drying while the hearing aids charge.
